Stanton Hats will refund or exchange any item you are not entirely satisfied with in accordance with the below Terms and Conditions of our Returns Policy as follows:
- All online purchases should be returned to the following address: Stanton Hats, Unit R3, 391 Park Rd, Regents Park, NSW 2143
- Refunds and Exchanges will be approved if returned (a) within 60 days of purchase and (b) the item is unworn, unblemished, and in its original condition of purchase. Hat World Australia is not obligated to accept items returned with obvious signs of wear, damage, or usage.
- When returning an item, please ensure that it is securely packed using its original packaging. NOTE: The original packaging will ensure safe transit and protect the customer against any damage sustained during transit. We cannot be held liable for any damage sustained in transit if alternative or inferior packaging is used to return items.
- Unless the return is the result of receiving an incorrect or faulty item, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping Returns. Once received, Stanton Hats will facilitate the cost of return shipping to the customer.
- If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Stanton Hats will exchange the item and facilitate shipping costs both ways by providing the customer with a Pre-paid Return Label.
- All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within one working day of receiving the returned item at the above address.
