Returns Policy

Stanton Hats will happily accept returns/exchange any item you are not satisfied with in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy as follows:

  • Items being returned must be unworn, unblemished, and in their condition of purchase. Stanton Hats is not obligated to accept returned items with obvious signs of wear or damage.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your Order, refunds or exchanges will be approved if returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • If you purchased your Stanton product from an authorized retail outlet, Returns and Exchanges are only possible at the same store from where it was originally purchased.
  • All online purchases at should be returned to our Head Office at the following address: Unit R3, 391 Park Rd, Regents Park, NSW 2143
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs of all Returns unless the Return is the result of item/shipping error on our part.
  • If you received an incorrect or faulty item, Stanton Hats will happily refund or exchange the item and facilitate all shipping costs. We advise that you notify us immediately if you feel you've received a faulty or incorrect item. The 30-day return policy criteria still applies.
  • When returning an item, please ensure that it is packed securely using its original packaging (or equivalent quality). Stanton Hats cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during shipping if non-standard or inferior packaging is used.
  • All approved Returns will be refunded via the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Refunds will typically be processed within one working day of receiving the returned item at the above address. Please make all necessary allowances for the funds to show in your nominated financial institution’s account.
