INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • To expedite overseas Orders, we use Australia Post International Express Service (EMS) for international shipping. This Express service provides faster delivery times than Standard Shipping and is reflected in your shipping fee calculated at Checkout. This service allows you to track the delivery progress of your item.
  • Please note that some international routes are still experiencing delays to certain countries, and in some circumstances beyond our control, overseas parcels may be held longer than normal by overseas customs authorities or returned to sender without being delivered. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the length of time that any individual country's customs authorities may hold/refuse cargo.

      • All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
      • All hats and other associated products are dispatched in purpose-built cardboard cartons with internal supports.
      • For International Orders, you may be charged customs duties and/or taxes relative to your country of origin.
      • Any duties charged to recipients of international parcels are determined by the destination country. We have no control over duty charges and all queries need to be directed to the customs service in their country.
      • To protect our customers' parcel(s) from being mishandled, misused, or become lost, all customer goods shipped by International Express Service are insured. The insurance cost is included in the cost of postage.
      • Once your Order is processed, an email with an Australia Post tracking number will be sent to you.
      • You may use the Tracking Number to track the progress of your parcel on the Australia Post website or via the App.
