International Shipping

Shipping Disruptions Latest Update: 1 December 2022

  • Many international routes are still continuing to experience delays to certain overesas destinations. This has resulted in longer transit times.
  • In certain circumstances beyond our control, parcels may be returned to sender without being delivered. 
  • Items may also be held longer than usual by overseas customs authorities and local postal services. Please note that Stanton Hats cannot be held responsible for the length of time that any individual country's customs authorities or local postal service operator may hold parcels.
  • We use Australia Post’s International Express service for international shipping. This service allows you to track the delivery progress of your item.
  • Until further notice, please allow extra time for overseas Orders to arrive. NB: In many cases, it can take up 25-30+ business days for parcels to be processed and delivered.

    • All prices are shown in Australian dollars
    • All hats and associated products are dispatched in cardboard cartons with internal supports
    • For International Orders, you may be charged customs duties and/or taxes on your package relative to your country of origin. Stanton Hats cannot be held responsible for any delays with deliveries due to country of origin Customs processing
    • Insurance:
      • To prevent as best as possible our customers' parcel(s) from being mishandled or reported missing, all customer goods are insured. The insurance cost is included in the postage costs
    • Tracking your delivery:
      • After your Order has been processed, an email with an Australia Post tracking number will be issued to you
      • Enter your tracking number into the Track my Item page on the Australia Post website, or call Australia Post Customer Services on: 13 13 18.
